Sport Clips 8000 Paseo Del Norte NE # B6, Albuquerque, NM (505) 797-2800 is horribly managed. I will not be going back, and I've already told my wife not to take my children here.
Today, I walked into Sport Clips 8000 Paseo Del Norte NE # B6, Albuquerque, NM (505) 797-2800 with my son. One of the employees (#1) looked at us and asked my phone number, which I provided. She asked me to confirm my first name, which I provided. It should have been pretty obvious that since two people walked in, there was a reasonable chance that that two people might be getting haircuts. This was apparently not the case, because after I waited almost an hour, someone called my name.
I asked this employee (#2) if there were two people on the ticket, since my son also needed a haircut. Employee #1 said, "I'll have to put him at the back of the line. You didn't tell me that he needed a haircut."
At this point I replied, "You didn't ask." and seeing that there was going to be no effort on the part of anyone to fix this problem, I walked out.
Rest assured that I will let everyone I know about the quality of service that I received at Sport Clips 8000 Paseo Del Norte NE # B6, Albuquerque, NM (505) 797-2800 and the franchise will never get my business again.

Albuquerque's Customer Service
After getting really bad customer service in here in Albuquerque. I decided to generate a little "Internet Love" for some of Albuquerque's finest examples of bad customer service.
I've lived a lot of places, and I travel a lot. Albuquerque doesn't have the worst customer service (the DC metro area takes that award) but since I live here, and the service is just consistently bad. . . I'll be pointing out some examples here.
